By accessing or using the Sleepr Studio website (sleepr.studio) or by scheduling, receiving, or paying for any services provided by Sleepr Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Scope of Services

Sleepr Studio provides automotive protection and enhancement services including, but not limited to: paint protection film (PPF) installation, window tinting, ceramic coatings, vinyl vehicle wraps, chrome delete, and paint correction. All services are performed at our studio located at 2215 Sebesta Rd, College Station, TX 77845. We do not offer mobile or off-site service.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, complexity, and the specific products selected. A final price will be confirmed before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are required for all services. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases. Customers who arrive more than 30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, paint defects, or prior repairs to their vehicle before service begins. Sleepr Studio is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that becomes apparent during the installation process. We reserve the right to decline service on vehicles that are not in suitable condition for the requested service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment and materials.

Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party financing partners. Approval and terms are subject to the financing provider's requirements and are not guaranteed. Sleepr Studio is not a lender and is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party providers.

Returned Payments

In the event of a returned check or declined payment, a fee of $35 will be assessed. Sleepr Studio reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal means.

Installation Warranty

Sleepr Studio warrants our workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle's ownership under our care. This covers installation defects such as lifting edges, bubbling, or peeling caused by our installation process. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, automatic car washes, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products we install carry separate manufacturer warranties (e.g., XPEL's 10-year PPF warranty, XPEL's lifetime tint warranty). These warranties are issued by the manufacturer, not Sleepr Studio. We will assist you in registering your warranty with the manufacturer and provide documentation of the products installed.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover: damage from accidents, road hazards, vandalism, or improper care; damage caused by automatic car washes with brushes or harsh chemicals; pre-existing paint defects or damage; color changes or fading due to environmental exposure beyond normal expectations; or any modification to the installed product by anyone other than Sleepr Studio.

Care Instructions

Customers will receive care instructions specific to their installed product. Failure to follow care instructions may void the installation warranty. Sleepr Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.

Vehicle Release

By leaving your vehicle with Sleepr Studio, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services. You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorization to have the services performed.

Limitation of Liability

Sleepr Studio's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility are stored at the owner's risk. While we take reasonable precautions to secure our facility, Sleepr Studio is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage caused by events outside our control (including weather events, fire, or acts of God) while your vehicle is on our premises.

Unclaimed Vehicles

Vehicles not picked up within 5 business days of service completion may be subject to a storage fee of $25 per day. Vehicles unclaimed for 30 days may be subject to applicable Texas lien laws.

Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the website.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sleepr Studio website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Sleepr Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or current. Pricing, product availability, and service details are subject to change without notice.

Our website references third-party brands including XPEL, STEK, 3M, Avery Dennison, Pure PPF, CheetahWrap, and LLumar. These brands are the property of their respective owners. References to these brands do not imply endorsement of Sleepr Studio by those brands beyond our authorized installer status.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Sleepr Studio has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Brazos County, Texas.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits for large jobs (full wraps, full-body PPF) may be non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, as materials may have already been ordered and cut for your specific vehicle.

Sleepr Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to equipment issues, staffing, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative appointment.
